Looking back, as young mothers, we remember how much we wanted to get it right. 
The three of us came from very different families and parenting journeys. Yet, in those early months, we found ourselves carrying many of the same hopes and worries. 
We wanted to make the most of our children's earliest years. 
We wanted to give them every advantage. 
We wanted to be present, intentional, and informed. 
But we were also tired, busy, overwhelmed by information, and often unsure which advice to trust. 
Every day seemed to bring a new article, a new expert, a new opinion. We found ourselves saving posts, bookmarking videos, and falling down internet rabbit holes, only to end up more confused than when we started. 
And while there was plenty of information available, very little of it felt like us. 
We wanted our children to grow up with stories, songs, traditions, and experiences that reflected who we were. At the same time, we wanted the confidence that what we were doing was backed by research and grounded in what we now know about child development. 
Often, we wished someone would simply tell us what mattered, why it mattered, and how to bring it into everyday life. 
Years passed. Our babies grew into teenagers 
But that question stayed with us. 
What if there was a simpler way for parents to navigate the earliest years? 
What if thoughtful guidance, developmental insights, and the richness of our cultural heritage could come together in one place? 
As we explored these questions, we were joined by fellow mothers who shared the same vision and brought expertise in education, child development, storytelling, mindfulness, arts, and culture. 
Together, we created Giggles. 
The resource we wished we had when our own children were little.
